TASAKI 60TH PEARL & DIAMOND JUBILEE ELEMENTS
Ceremony of the 60th anniversary of the "TASAKI" establishment of a world was held in TOLOT on May 20. TASAKI has developed it's history with two major elements, pearls and diamonds. Ayako Suwa focuses on various feelings such as joy and sadness and painfulness, joy and boastfulness, the sadness to feel when I wear a pearl and a diamond in the life. Following the anniversary gala on 20th May, art works inspired by these two elements are being exhibited at TASAKI Ginza.
Tasting is possible in the fourth floor, here you can experience Ayako Suwa's "TASTE OF TEARS" of edible diamonds.

Taste of Curiosity ― Museum of Curiosity
The second period of workshop series will be starting from 28th June. Marking the Museum's 10th anniversary, we harken back to the museum concept's source—curiosity—and invite visitors to join us in gathering the foodstuffs of curiosity. These will be prepared as a taste experience under the direction of Ayako SUWA / food creation.
