Long-term exhibition by food creation is starting at 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa.

These will be prepared as a taste experience under the direction of Ayako SUWA / food creation. In October, a "banquet" will be held in a "cabinet of curiosities" created with The University Museum, The University of Tokyo. Marking the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa's 10th anniversary.

On April 30, the first book "food creation" by Ayako Suwa is released.
