We will open "guerrilla restaurant at Oumicho market" in Kanazawa, March 14 and 15th. It is inaugural day of the Hokuriku Shinkansen. We will draw a path from the fresh market to future food on a big day in Kanazawa. Don't miss it.

"Taste of Rojo" food creation in Barcelona

We had a collaboration project with Chef Alfonso de la Mota in Barcelona on 9th February,2015. Alfonso is the chef who belonged to the legendary restaurant "El Bulli" which closed in 2011, and owner chef of the restaurant "Never More" in Barcelona. The title of the work is "taste of Rojo in Barcelona now."
Please do look forward to that.

This project is going to release as the TV program "Rising Artist" of the NHK international on March 4, 2015. In addition, streaming broadcast will be at the following web site.
