A la recontre du Japn "Meeting Japan" Paris
With the cooperation by Japanese ministry of agriculture, Ayako Suwa is going to participate in the event "A la recontre du Japan (meeting Japan)"in Paris as Mr. Alain Ducasse invited her. The event aimed to introduce Japanese food culture and Washoku- traditional cuisine into the fields of French gastronomy before the official resister of Washoku as UNESCO's intangible cultural heritage. Ayako and shoku-é are going to make up the food installation with Japanese ingredients.
