Food installation for TRUNK(HOTEL) opened in Shibuya Tokyo May 2017.

Food installation for TRUNK(HOTEL) which opened in Shibuya in May 2017.
In the next month, we also created an installation for the event tasting the Ultra Premium Cuvee "MCIII - Moet et Chandon" at the same venue. It is a special champagne created through the three elements in environment. A metal, wood and glass in the manufacturing process. Ayako Suwa took the same material to express that concept for this installation.
