30 Novenmber 2016, Relais & Châteaux held an international conference in Tokyo. Using the ingredients peculiar to Japan, we got touched on Japanese ingredients for guests from all over the world and created an food-installation to enjoy and enjoy it indeed. Relais & Châteaux members from all over the world congregated in Tokyo to discuss the influence of Japanese cuisine and to take stock of the future of cooking and the planet. Relais & Châteaux was established in France in 1954 with the mission to spread its unique art de vivre across the globe by selecting outstanding properties with a truly unique character. There are currently 550 Relais & Châteaux properties in 60 countries.
