Experience on a cocktail recipe of the emotional essence

A kind of cocktail bitters "Emotional Essence" is created by Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery and Ayako Suwa.
Ayako's art work,“sensuous food, emotional taste”created by the combination of complicated ingredients and expressed various feelings and emotion of human beings. Fukumitsuya Sake Brewery based in Kanazawa is sympathized with the work of food creation, they developed this essence. At this event, We developed some attractive cocktail recipe using "Emotional Essence" with bartender Rogerio Igarashi Vaz. One of the menu "Never-ending Hazy Talk" is able to order it in Bar TRENCH.
