Guerrilla restaurant tasting of the wild has opened at Toranomon Hills Station,
a hub where some 60,000 people pass through daily.
A one-night-only guerrilla restaurant has appeared in the plaza of Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line’s Toranomon Hills Station
—a station serving over 60,000 passengers a day.
Inside a small forest that suddenly materialized amidst the urban terminal
—filled with the palpable presence and scent of raw vitality—twenty-four guests experienced a full-course meal that offered a new kind of culinary value: a taste not merely of flavor or the satisfaction of hunger, but of pure emotion.

A guerrilla restaurant where you can savor the wild—right in the heart of the city, at Toranomon Hills.
A small forest that suddenly appears amidst the urban landscape.
Within that forest, a restaurant opens for one night only.
It is not merely a place to eat.
It is a place to savor the forest—and to savor yourself.
The scent of trees, the presence of damp earth, the sound of leaves rustling in the wind...
With every bite, the course unfolds to awaken the five senses.
Centered on the elements of the forest—water, soil, light, wind, trees, and life—
it is a full-course dining experience designed to resonate with your emotions,
offering the very taste of the forest.
It gently awakens the memories of us as living beings that lie dormant within.
To savor the forest is to return to one's true self.
On this night, gathered around the forest to taste and share this special experience,
we will awaken that quiet, undeniable wildness
residing deep within us— deeper even than reason.
