A craft gin distilled using wild plants that grow in the food creation atelier and water source forest.

A highly aromatic gin made from wild plants that grow in the forests of the Food Creation Atelier
distilled in collaboration with Toranomon Distillery.
Based on Suwa Ayako's concept of wild wildness, the gin is distilled using wild plants such as Inuzansho, Yamazansho, Kuromoji, Aburachan, Fir, and young cedar leaves that grow in the forests around the atelier in Doshi Village, Yamanashi Prefecture.
A clean gin with a wild feel, but with a refreshing forest scent that permeates the body.
In addition to being sold at Toranomon Distillery, it was also sold at the venue as the official gin of the Tokyo Biennale.
