Diving into a Perrier-Jouet bottle
Travel to Paris in the Art Nouveau era - a culinary experience that takes you through 120 years of time.
Perrier-Jouet is a long-established champagne house founded in Epernay, France in 1811.
We were in charge of the creative direction of an event commemorating the 120th anniversary of the birth of the Belle Epoque,
which is synonymous with the house and was designed by Emile Gallé, featuring Japanese anemone flowers.
Guests had the experience of diving into a bottle of exquisite champagne.
Inspired by the Belle Epoque, whose flavor is likened to a liquid bouquet,
we planned a five-course menu that was paired with a performance that paired the fragrant aromas and profound flavors of five types of champagne.
Each dish was paired with a Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque and served by an incarnation of a Perrier-Jouet (bouquet).
A dinner where you can enjoy Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque with all your senses, with dishes as elegant as the harmony of a bouquet of flowers.
