Soda made from upcycled wood from thinned cedar trees at the foot of Mt. Fuji, a water source for urban areas.
This drink uses cedar from the foothills of Mt. Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture, where our food creation atelier is located, as a natural flavoring.
Unsweetened premium sparkling water made with luxurious natural flavors produced by distilling cedar from spring water.
Although it is non-alcoholic, its complex aroma with a smoky and wild flavor opens up new possibilities for pairing with food.
Chill it well and drink it in a wine glass to enjoy its aroma to the fullest.
Forest Tribes, a forestry company in Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi Prefecture, is in charge of raw material procurement and distillation.
We jointly developed the recipe and flavor with fabriq Co., Ltd., the distributor.
For the fragrance, we use thinned cedar from Minamitsuru District, Yamanashi Prefecture, which is a water source in urban areas.
We are using parts that have not been used before.
QINO, for which Food Creation serves as the concept, develops products and experiences that encourage the forest environment.
This is a community co-creation project that brings together people from across regions and professions to tackle forest issues.
After the war, a large amount of coniferous trees were planted under national policy, and now, 70 years later, many of them remain uncut.
Cut down trees, use them, plant new trees, and grow forests.
In an effort to restore this cycle, QINO is creating new uses for wood.
A portion of the sales of QINO soda will be allocated to forest creation, allowing you to take action on environmental issues in forests that produce water while enjoying the taste of trees.
